Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SarkariTest.Com, we are committed to providing candidates with the highest quality Computer-Based Test (CBT) mock series, answer keys, and learning resources. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully prior to purchasing any digital test series or course package.

1. Nature of Digital Goods & Immediate Access

All products offered on SarkariTest.Com (including Mock Test Series, Topic Practice Tests, Course Batches, and Answer Key solutions) are digital services delivered instantaneously to your account upon successful payment verification.

Because digital access is granted instantly and cannot be physically returned, standard tangible goods return policies do not apply. However, we maintain clear, fair exceptions outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

You are eligible for a full refund or immediate balance resolution in the following situations:

  • Duplicate Charges / Double Debits: If your bank account or UPI was charged multiple times for the same order due to network latency, duplicate transactions will be refunded in full automatically or upon reporting.
  • Payment Successful but Access Not Unlocked: If your payment was debited by Cashfree/your bank but the test series was not unlocked in your account due to a technical webhook failure, and our support team is unable to manually provision your access within 24 hours of reporting.
  • Defective Digital Content: If a purchased test series is persistently inaccessible due to a server-side fault that our technical team cannot resolve, and you report the issue within 48 hours of purchase without having completed the tests.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If you have already attempted, started, or viewed questions in the purchased test series.
  • Change of mind after purchase or choosing an incorrect exam package by candidate oversight.
  • Failure of candidate's personal device, outdated browser, or poor local internet connection.
  • Inability to attend the official government examination or exam date cancellations by official authorities.
  • Account suspension due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g. unauthorized sharing or scraping).

4. Cancellation Policy

  • One-Time Purchases: Test series packages purchased as one-time access cannot be canceled once the transaction has been completed and tests accessed.
  • Pre-Launch Batches: If you enrolled in a scheduled live batch or test series prior to its official release date, you may request a cancellation and full refund up to 24 hours before the batch launch date.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated through our payment gateway partner (Cashfree Payments) and credited back directly to the original payment method (UPI ID, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking Account):

  • UPI Payments: Typically credited within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • Net Banking & Cards: Typically credited within 5 to 7 working days, subject to your issuing bank's processing cycles.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under eligible conditions, please email our support team with:

  1. Your registered SarkariTest.Com email address.
  2. Cashfree Order ID (found on your payment receipt / SMS).
  3. Date and time of the transaction.
  4. Brief explanation of the issue (with screenshots if applicable).
