1. User Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age for entering into online agreements in your jurisdiction) to register an account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (password or Google sign-in) and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Account credentials may not be shared, rented, leased, or transferred to any third party. Concurrent automated logins from multiple distinct IP addresses may result in automated account suspension.

2. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

When using SarkariTest.Com, you strictly agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, extract, or harvest test series questions, answer keys, explanations, or user data using automated bots, scripts, spiders, or scrapers.
• Attempt to bypass, hack, or tamper with the Computer-Based Test (CBT) timer, question navigation, scoring algorithms, or payment verification endpoints.
• Upload or transmit harmful code, viruses, malware, or unauthorized promotional content.
• Redistribute, commercially resell, republish, or broadcast test materials or video batches without prior explicit written authorization from SarkariTest.Com or the respective content creator.

3. Purchases, Pricing & Validity

• Digital Access: All test series, mock exams, and video courses are digital goods. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation from our payment processor.
• Validity Period: Each test series package has a stated validity duration (e.g. 6 months, 12 months, or until the date of the respective official examination). Upon expiration, access terminates automatically.
• Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional offers and discounts are valid only for the designated promotional window.
